The thing is, do we really want the message of the League of Nations to be "we will gladly sell your sovereignty if it means we don't have to suffer?"
The League's reputation is already that of a body that is if not tacitly supporting, then turning a blind eye to the actions of far-right revanchist states. I don't know about you but I don't think that's helping us any.

Yeah, that’s been my comcern too with some
of the decisions that have been made here too.
Anti-Comintern Axis Poland
While many inside the League of Nations by now feared appeasement, to sell someones sovereignty in exchange for no outright war, or other suffering at the moment, something that tarnished the actions of the League of Nations in the eyes of many. With support of the Japanese Navy aiding their own allows Hania/ Hankukuo to largely overrun Canton/ Guangdong from the Wuhan-aligned government groups in the South, but their enemies manage to keep some remnant guerrilla holdouts in the local mountains. Meanwhile the German Army marches into the rest of Poland-Lithuania, while Poland gives the Soviet Union an ultimatum to retreat the Red Army forces from their eastern border and reclaims the White Russian SSR and Ukrainian SSR territories lost to the Soviet Union before and Polish Nationalist militia actually tries to infiltrate and retake these areas for the Polish-Lithuanian forces. In Tiberias Arab raiders kill 19 Jewish immigrants and the British under Neville Chamberlain headed to Berlin, eager to negotiate for peace in Europe between Germany, Poland and the Soviet Union. After this attempt to a meeting and agreement in Berlin failed, Chamberlain steps down as Prime Minister and is followed by Winston Churchill. Meanwhile the Spanish Civil War finally sees the withdrawing of most foreign volunteer forces. Meanwhile in Poland President Ignacy Moscicki resigns and is replaced by far-right, anti-Semitic, Falangist, Faschist Bolesław Piasecki of the ONR-Falanga (Oboz Narodowo Radykalny-Falanga, Nationalist Radical Camp) becoming a collaborations in the new Polish-Lithuanian National Republic winch had a Fascist Catholic Polish Nationalist Ideology.
Similar to the anti-Semitic, racial laws in Germany, the Nuremberg Laws, the Krakow Laws in the new Polish-Lithuanian National Republic see Jews pushed out of society and jobs. Jews also have to wear a Z (Żyd for J, or Jew/ Hebrew) in their passports and later on their clothes. As a reaction of this Winston Churchill, in a broadcast address to the United States calls out the rise of Fascism, Nationalism and Racism in Europe, partially enabled by the League of Nations. Many Jews in Germany and Poland are soon forcefully resettled into the less developed eastern parts of the country, as both nations claim them to be Bolshevik-Communist spies and saboteurs. First 1,000’s then 10,000’s later 100,000’s until most of the 522,000 German Jews and the 3,500,000 Polish Jews either had migrated into other nation states, or resettled in the East, there in the so called Pale of Settlement, whole provinces became Ghetto’s in Lublin, near Brest winch hat been given to the White Russian SSR. This way the attempt to Germanize and Polanize these areas under nationalist, fascist governments. Realizing the British and French were nervous about his actions, Adolf Hitler claimed to just wish to protect the Polish and Lithuanians, who trough Catholic Crusades into these areas, so Nazi German Propaganda all of the sudden had been freed from their Pagan, Slavic origins and brought into the Romanized and later Germanized Culture and Civilization of Central Europe. Meanwhile the National French Foreign Ministry seeing the purging of officials who had before been supportive of appeasement and the League of Nations. Meanwhile during a friendly luncheon in Berchtesgaden, German foreign minister Joachim von Ribbentrop tells Józef Lipski, the Polish ambassador to Germany negotiate means of unproblematic trade for the Polish in Danzig and Memel alike and the open joining of the new Polish-Lithuanian National Republic into the Anti-Comintern Pact and the Axis Powers.

Since the Poles support the German forces in Poland at least in their official government and are ideologically closer TTL, both push for a retreat of Red Army forces from the eastern Polish border:

Yeah things could look better, but Poland was maneuvered int oa quit depending Nazi German position over time.
Maybe the LON can come back better in future decisions. ;D
D - until there is actual risk of fighting, let the Germans and Soviets posture all they like.

Nationalist France and Fascist Italy clash
The tensions in eastern Poland between the Germans, Poles and Soviets were left on their own to not further escalate the situation and both sides stared at each other, but not outright acted and attacked one another. While Hungary outright annexed the ethnic Hungarian regions of their Slovakian Protectorate, just like the Austrians had annexed the German Sudetenland. Tensions in Europe rose once more when the Third Secretary at the German Embassy in Paris Ernst vom Rath was assassinated by Herschel Grynszpan. A few days later the night of broken glass, also known as tge Kristallnacht saw Nazi activists and sympathizers attack, burn, destroy and loot Jewish business, destroying in total 7,500 businesses, burning down 267 synagogues and killing 91, while at the same time around 25,000 Jewish men were arrested and made responsible for the uprising which was blamed as another Jewish attack on Germany and the Germans as Nazi Propaganda would call it. The world did not believe such lies, but many were cornered with their own problems, like Celâl Bayar forming the new government of Turkey under president İsmet İnönü. The French Nationalists meanwhile try to increase their own productivity and military numbers, with economic and social reformed to ensure the French Nation would rise to become the greatest power of Europe once again. As the result of the Nazi German dominance over the basically new Polish Puppet Government of Germany results in National France using it as an excuse to terminating the 1921 Franco-Polish alliance and especially inform the Soviet Union, that they clearly would not intervene of they attacked the Germans and Polish, as long as the Polish were depending on Nazi Germany, or any kind of Germany for that matter. Encouraged by their previous victories and aifd of the League of Nations, the Fascist Italian Kingdom, under Benito Mussolini and his Foreign Minister, Count Galeazzo Ciano encourage demonstrations against the French and demand Nice and Corsica as well as potential the Rhone river border from the Nationalist French. In response to that the French, clearly outraged, demand Tunesia and French Somaliland back from the Italiansand even claimed Sardinia, to teach the Italians a lesson. This crisis even further damaged the already near-war tense Franco-Italian relations. Meanwhile in Romania, the leader of the Romanian fascist Iron Guard Corneliu Zelea Codreanu and 13 other leaders are murdered on orders of King Carol II of Romania for treason, an attempted coup and for trying to escape afterward. Meanwhile in National France the Socialists and Communist Parties, as well as the Trade Unions protest the new government and it’s radical pro Nationalist Gaul/ Gallic and Catholic Laws, which leads to them being arrested and outlawed by the Catholic Gaulish French Nationalists.
What to do in the Nationalist French and Fascist Italian Rivalry:

B) Give the Nationalist French back Tunisia and French Somaliland
C) Give the Italians Nice and Corsica.
D) Give the Italians Nice, Corsica and the Rhone Border.
E) Try to negotiate to turn both against Nazi Germany together in a Latin Union with Francoist Spain and Salazar Portugal.

A) Let Rome and Paris tire themselves out in a Franco-Italian War, it means when the time comes the League can focus on the greater threats of the Third Reich and Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
